EXTERIOR: AISI 304 stainless steel or black lacquered galvanized steel (B).

INTERIOR: In AISI 304 stainless steel, with deep-drawn guides and bottom and curved joints for easy cleaning.

CONTROLLER: Digital controller with temperature and humidity control and touch keyboard.

LIGHTING: Incorporation of LED lighting, special meat tonality. Reducing energy consumption between 80% and 90% compared to a traditional light bulb.

DOOR: With self-closing system, opening lock and double low emissivity thermocouple + argon charge.
