Infrico‘s refrigeration equipment is part of the new and spectacular restaurant of the Torres Brothers, “La Nave de los Sueños”, designed by the OAB Ferreter studio. This innovative space, an industrial building converted into a kitchen with a restaurant, where everything revolves around the stoves and where training will take place, is inaugurated today in Barcelona.
The well-known chefs, awarded with two Michelin stars, know that being surrounded by the best manufacturers is essential to guarantee excellence in each of their creations. Infrico equipment that has been chosen is very modern and ensures that food remains perfect and, at the same time, is efficient and respectful with the environment.
Infrico refrigerator cabinets occupy a prominent place in the original space where diners can enjoy around the stoves. There will be three kitchens in the middle of the room, two of them with fire, one for meats, another for fish, and the central one, which does not have heat. Also, from the tables you can see five other preparation kitchens that will surround the room (cold room, fish, meat, backgrounds, vegetables, flowers and herbs and pastry) while the team, composed of more than thirty professional people Works.
A “La Nave de los Sueños” is accessed through a striking facade, a Catalan farmhouse drawn by the painter Regina Saura simulating a forest and that will vary in colour according to the time of year in which we find ourselves and the space will also have a bar area next to the winery, which in turn incorporates a tasting area and a private dining room that will have access to the R & D area also equipped with kitchen.
