Horseshoe-shaped burner with double flame outlet, achieving a uniform temperature throughout the plate.
Grease collector on the front, easy to remove for cleaning.
Gas valves with two heat intensities, maximum and minimum.
Gas inlet on the left side.
Height adjustable feet.

SERIES (NS) and HARD CHROME (NC)
Stainless steel structure with rounded edges.
Series rectified steel (NS) with 12 mm thick rolled steel plate, except model PG100NS with a thickness of 15 mm, with stainless steel perimetral bumper hermetically welded to the plate.
Hard chrome (NC) series with 15 mm thick hard chrome plate, with stainless steel perimetral bumper hermetically welded to the plate.
Electric piezo ignition.

Orifice arranged in the plate with grease collection drawer integrated in the front.
Gas valves with two heat intensities, maximum and minimum (NS series) and thermostatic gas valve with regulation from 100ºC to 300ºC.
