It produces flat grudge of ideal thickness (temperature of the ice -5ºC/-10ºC), of perfect application in the sector of the restoration, fish market, chemical industry, and pharmaceutics.
Production in optimal conditions: room temperature 21ºC, temperature water 15ºC.
