Refrigeration
Produces flat flakes of an ideal thickness (ice temperature -5ºC/-
10ºC), perfectly suitable for use in the catering, fish, chemical and
pharmaceutical industry sectors.
Production in optimum conditions: room temperature 21ºC, water
temperature 15ºC.
